About the merger...

We have great news to share! It is our pleasure to announce that beginning January 1, 2009, FlexNet Automation Resources, Inc. and InfoGuard Corporation are merging. Based in Columbus, Ohio, InfoGuard is a well-established computer services company that serves small- and mid-sized businesses in Central Ohio. FlexNet, founded in 1988, is also a technology consulting firm.

With this merger, FlexNet and InfoGuard management and staff will remain in place. There will be no eliminated services. You will still receive the same excellent level of service that you have grown accustomed. The staff will be augmented by an expanding team of highly skilled consultants, and with this increase in staff, we will be able to offer a wider array of services and be even more responsive to your needs.

Why the merger?

In 2008, Flexnet had begun referring some business to InfoGuard. Along the way, we each discovered that a merger would enhance our services and improve our consultants' opportunities. This merger will allow us to take a more proactive view towards our clients' needs and offer services that will ensure that our clients are taking the right steps to protect their information.

FlexNet customers should notice that the merged firm is choosing to use the business name InfoGuard Corporation. This name better reflects the combined firm's mission to protect your data and provide superior technical consulting.

Beginning January 1, 2009, FlexNet will begin using the InfoGuard phone number 614. 267.4000. The website will be www.InfoGuardCorp.com and all staff will be using an "@InfoGuardCorp.com" email address as of January 1, 2009.

If you've been a FlexNet client, how is this merger going to impact you?

• There will be an increase of services offered that will protect your information. No products or services will be eliminated.
• With added staff, the combined InfoGuard/FlexNet team will serve you better.
• The "new" InfoGuard hopes our clients come to rely on us for all technology services, especially monitoring, security, data backup, antivirus, firewalls, and similar protection offerings.
• Although the "old" FlexNet email and telephone numbers will work until about 4/1/09, we're hoping you will use our new email addresses and main telephone number.
• What about warranties, contracts and service plans? All your current contracts with FlexNet will be continued without revision.
• To whom do I send remittances? Starting January 1st, all services will be performed as InfoGuard; also, all invoices will be sent as InfoGuard. Please remit to the address on the invoice.
• We prefer payment by check, but now our clients will have the opportunity to use credit cards. The terms will be on your invoices.
• We'll be working more proactively to maintain your systems, we think you'll like our slogan: Because when your computers don't work… neither do you.

• To whom do I send remittances? Starting January 1st, all work will be performed as InfoGuard; also, all invoices will be sent as InfoGuard Corporation from the address below.
