InfoGuard LLC What we do We are a well-established, local computer services company serving small and midsized businesses in Central Ohio and uniquely focused on protecting your data and maintaining continuous access to it. Our customers rely on vital information stored in their computers to conduct business and need to recover fast when things go wrong. They want a reliable computing environment, uninterrupted access to their information and protection against security breaches, unforeseen disasters and common problems that cause system failures. Our service offerings feature industry standard systems and software plus preventative techniques and best practice procedures to keep your computers up and running smoothly. We do this by identifying your risks, designing customized mitigation plans, preventative maintenance and developing a clear, timely path to recovery in the event of a failure. History InfoGuard LLC was born in 2008 as a merger of two successful Central Ohio technology firms, FlexNet Automation Resources, Inc. and InfoGuard Corporation, the combined firm, InfoGuard LLC, now has a technical staff with an average experience level of 15 years. InfoGuard Corporation, founded in 2005, has been focused on data security, information retention and routine maintenance. FlexNet was founded in 1988 and has provided consulting and computer systems to small businesses and financial firms. The InfoGuard LLC board of directors includes Jim McAlister, owner of vSync (vSync.com), and John Korting, founder of FlexNet, and Deb Korting, former President of FlexNet. The InfoGuard goal is to protect your data and your access to it by preventing the conditions that cause problems. This requires a more proactive approach. We believe many common, nagging computer problems that affect your ability to conduct business can be avoided. Furthermore, you can and should plan for the worst case disaster scenarios that can actually threaten the existence of your business. Although less likely to occur than a virus, they do happen and are much more devastating. |
