Our Structure - Designed to Meet Our Customer's Needs

We are keenly aware of how important your computing environment is to supporting your business. Downtime and problems cost you time and money. That's why we created a customer service structure around your needs, not ours; around prevention, not reaction.

1. Talk to a live person during normal business hours and after hours emergencies.
   Talking to a live person is important especially during emergencies that require urgent technical assistance. During those times you want to discuss your problem with someone who can help you quickly.
   
   
2. Our triage team
   When you call with a problem you are connected with our triage team. They will gather the information necessary to determine the best, most efficient course of action to fix your problem. Some issues can be handled remotely. If not, we will dispatch a technician. Our troubleshooting process will let you know what to expect on each and every call.
   
   
3. InfoGuard field technical support
   InfoGuard maintains a filed technical support organization who troubleshoots problems, makes repairs and performs regularly scheduled maintenance tasks. They will be the people you see every month or quarter and learn to rely on for answers.
   
   
4. System monitoring
   InfoGuard utilizes the latest technology to help prevent problems from occurring. Our sophisticated software tools allow us to continuously monitor your servers and/or PCs to spot conditions that could spell trouble. This is just one of the many preventative services we offer.
   
   
5. Account management and technical consulting.
   As an InfoGuard customer you will be assigned an account manager who will be responsible for your satisfaction. They will work to understand your business and identify services and solutions that would protect your company the best.
   
   Our technical consultants will help you understand the advantages and disadvantages of specific options, to train you and to guide your planning and growth.
